*Monthly (1 to 3 Months elect included) $1200.00
*Monthly (4 Months min)… $735.00 mo. Electric NOT Included
The Annual Season runs from 1/1 to 12/31
Monthly payments of $500.00 are due on the 1st of each month.

Super Sites

*Weekly with full hook-ups.. electric included $450.00
*Monthly (1 to 3 Months elect included) $1400.00
*Monthly (4 Month min)… $835.00 mo. Electric NOT Included

Super sites Monthly payments of $575.00 are due on the 1st of each month.
Total $6,900.00 ($575/mo)
Storage – $200.00 a year must pay in the office by Jan 1, 2025 and receive a sticker to put on your item before putting in storage.
Boat Slips $20.00 per month
Extended Stay rate of $30.00 per nights after 3 months Extra person $5.00 per night or $100.00 per month
Passport America accepted May-October @ 50% off daily rate, 14 day maximum
Super Sites ore all concrete sites through out the park

Regular sites have a concrete patio and are various sizes Rates subject to change without notice. Site rent is due 1st of each month.
